\r\n\t\t\tThe first thing I noticed about the shoe is that it is kept very simple. Equipped with only the most necessary features, the model has a very nice and clean silhouette. On the foot, the Louie Lopez looks quite slim.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\"Converse\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\tThe only somewhat eye-catching feature is the gold lettering on the side. However, when you look at the shoe from above, you don’t notice it, so I didn’t think of it as annoying, but rather took it as a little bonus.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\t

\r\n\t\t\tThe Converse Cons Louie Lopez Pro has a comfortable fit and is not too tight on the foot. Since Converse Cons shoes usually run a little smaller, I would recommend you to shop one size larger. I actually wear EU 43 and have quite wide feet. An EU 44 of the LL Pro did fit perfectly. \r\n\t\t\tI didn’t need any break-in time in the Lopez Pro and felt that the shoe was very comfortable from the first moment. “Straight out of the box” I immediately had the feeling of having worn the shoe for several days already. \r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\t

\r\n\t\t\tThe first session in the Louie Lopez Pro from Converse Cons really surprised me positively. I immediately felt as if I had been skating the shoe for several weeks and didn’t even have to get used to it.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\"Converse\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\tThe boardfeel is extraordinarily good. At all times I had the feeling to have enough cushioning and security at slightly harder impacts. I didn’t have sore or bruised feet after any of my sessions. The removable OrthoLite footbed with Nike Zoom Air unit does a good job here. \r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\r\n\t\t\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\t

\r\n\t\t\tThe grip of the Converse Cons Louie Lopez Pro couldn’t be better either. I felt secure on the board at all times and never felt like I was “swimming” or losing my grip.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\"Converse\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\tAfter some time I felt that the shoe has become a little softer and more elastic. However, this doesn’t mean that the shoe had widened or that I lost grip. On the contrary – I rather had the feeling that the shoe had adapted perfectly to my feet.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t

\r\n\t\t\tOverall, I’ve skated the Louie Lopez Pro from Converse Cons for about 30-35 hours now and it still holds up really well. My skating at the time consisted of a 50\/50 mix of transition and street.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\"Converse\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\tThe most wear is in the front of the sole, but the shoe is still far from having open seams or anything like that. The Converse logo on the side is a bit rubbed up, but doesn’t hurt the performance at all. The laces have held up so far and show no wear. The sole, aside from a small scuffed area, is still almost like it was on day one.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t

\r\n\t\t\tHonestly – I would want to wear the shoe any time again and most likely will. The Louie Lopez Pro Model comes in a variety of styles: from suede, canvas to smooth leather and as a mid version. I can well imagine that the different models are in no way inferior to each other and always have a high level of quality and durability.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\t

\r\n\t\t\tThe only negative point I can bring up is the “wandering” of the tongue. Since the shoe doesn’t have stabilizing tongue straps, the tongue slips away either to the left or right. I didn’t feel that this affected my skating, it only bothered me visually. \r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\t

\r\n\t\t\tIf you’re looking for a classic, simple skate shoe that will last you a long time and give you plenty of boardfeel, the Converse Cons Louie Lopez Pro<\/a> is your best bet. \r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t
