Great oil for lubrication for mostly all bearings. There are some exceptions like isolated bearings whom are greased in with a far thicker oil to further keep out moist. It is recommended that you grease these bearings with an appropriate oil or grease instead of speed cream but these are exceptions :) Also follow instructions on how many drops to put in your bearings! I know we all tried to put in 3 when the book said 1 or 2 ;) Instead of extra speed you'll get oil leaking out of your bearings when your riding. This will cause dirt to stick to your wheels and bearings making it necessary for you to clean them again. HAVE A GREAT RIDE!

Perfect juice for relubricating your bearings after cleaning them. I also heard good things about fishing reel lubricant doing the same job ;-)

For the price, the quantity is enough to last many years with a normal maintenance of bearings. I think it’s a must-have for expensive bearings. The non-skate alternatives don’t work that well.
