Bronze 56k

Bronze is part of the new wave of refreshing skater-owned brands, alongside Palace, Dime and Alltimers which are born from local crews. From the original New York skate crew, a hardware brand emerged in 2011, making mounts with one bronze-colored screw. Pretty soon the brand moved on to clothing and gained notoriety for lo-fi skate edits, with Windows 98 references and humorous sales training videos.

The first wave of the internet with endless pop-up boxes, dial-up modems and bitmap graphics have always been design inspirations of Bronze 56k. Each season, the New York-based brand offers t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, accessories and signature bolts with expressive artwork.
