No heel bruises

I bought these insoles because i kept hitting my heel. The first session i used them: bam, my heels didn't hurt at all. I recommend them one hundred percent: i guess they are the future. I was expecting to get used to them, but i haven't noticed any differences, i almost forgot that i got them in my shoes.
