With over 10.000 products and 250 top brands, the skatedeluxe online skateshop offers a wide range of skateboard decks and hardware, shoes and skate related streetwear as well as some selected snowboard goods.
Besides the wide product and brand selection, skatedeluxe provides a high-quality in-house customer service to guarantee a smooth and fast order for every customer.

You are highly customer focused, communicative and friendly? You would like to work in a young team? Then this may be the job for you.

What you'll be doing

  • communication with our customers by e-mail and phone
  • individual consulting of our national and international customers to our services, products, invoices and personal requests
  • resolution of customer issues and complaints
  • translations of product descriptions and content

What you'll need

  • communicate confidently in both clearly spoken and written French and Spanish
  • good written and verbal English skills on level B2
  • interest in streetwear, skateboarding, longboarding and snowboarding or high willingness to learn more about boardsport
  • a professional, pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude with exceptional attention to detail
  • strong communications skills
  • careful and reliable working style
  • patience, optimism, team spirit and flexibility
  • experience in customer service (not a requirement)
