You order and pay the value coupon like every other article in our shop. The voucher will be sent by mail, is valid for 3 years, counted from the end of the year the coupon was purchased and can be redeemed in our online shop anytime within these 3 years.
Vouchers which are paid by cash on delivery are sent by mail anywhere. If you pay per prepayment your coupons are sent as soon as your payment arrives at our bank account.
No cash-out possible.
