Shipping costs & methods

Deliveries to remote locations or islands may take longer due to local carriers and extended delivery routes. The estimated delivery date shown in our shop applies only to mainland addresses. If you need more information or assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

For shipments within the European Union, there are no additional charges such as customs duties or additional taxes.

FAQ

 

The shipping confirmation e-mail with the shipment tracking link will usually be sent to you as soon as we’ve handed over your order to the parcel service. If you haven’t received an email, this may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The e-mail landed in your spam folder.
  • There’s a typo in your e-mail address. Please check your e-mail address under „My Account“.
  • Your inbox is full.
  • You chose payment in advance (bank transfer), and we haven’t received your payment yet.

You can also track the status of your order under „My Account – Orders“. Once your order has been shipped you’ll find the shipment tracking link there.

 
  • If the package cannot be delivered, it can be left with a neighbour, depending on the region, or left at a nearby pick-up location. Alternatively, a new delivery attempt can be made.
  • If you’re not home, you’ll get a notification card in your mailbox, where you can find more information on the whereabouts of your order.
  • Please check the shipment tracking link and the tracking details to find out more about the location of your order.
  • Please understand that we have no influence on the exact time of delivery.

 

If you didn’t get a notification in your mailbox, you can do the following:

  • Please check the shipment tracking. You’ll find the link in „My Account – Orders“. This will help you find out where your package is.
  • If your package is ready for pick up at the post office or another pick up location near you, just present your ID card or a written authorization from the recipient to pick it up.
  • The package might also have been left with your neighbors.
  • Or contact us, we’re happy to help you.

 
  • If you’ve already placed your order, contact us. If possible, we’ll gladly change your shipping address. Please keep in mind that we pack your order as soon as possible, and any subsequent change in your address book will not change the order’s shipping address.
  • As long as you haven’t placed your order, you can change your shipping address during the ordering process or in your address book before you place the order.

 
  • Use the „Additional address info“ field when entering your shipping address. Keep it short, as there is a character limit on the shipping label.
  • Once your order is shipped and you receive a tracking link, you may be able to update your delivery preferences directly with the carrier.
  • Leave a note on your doorbell or mailbox with your delivery instructions for the courier.

 
  • If you have a skatedeluxe account, go to your „Orders“ and click on „More details.“ Here you’ll find the tracking number and a button to track your parcel.
  • If you placed an order without an account, you can access your order details using the order overview link in your confirmation email.

 

If your tracking status shows „delivered“ but you haven’t received your package, follow these steps:

  • Track your parcel using the parcel service’s tracking link for the most recent updates:
    • If you have a skatedeluxe account, go to your „Orders“ and click „More details“ to access your tracking information.
    • If you have ordered without an account, click on the link to the order overview in the order confirmation email.
  • Check for a delivery notification in your mailbox—your parcel may have been left in a designated safe place.
  • Ask your neighbours to see if they accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  • If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us for assistance.

 

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

EU countries:
Within the European Union, there are no import taxes or duties and therefore no additional fees. The VAT is included in the prices displayed.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway:
There are also no additional fees. All taxes and customs duties are included in the prices displayed.

Other non-EU countries:
In the event of shipping to other non-EU countries, you may be liable to pay import taxes and duties. These are set and regulated by the destination country. Thus, we have no control over these charges. 
If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to such taxes, please check with your local import office.
