Bones skateboard wheels & bushings at skatedeluxe
Bones Wheels are some of the oldest, still existing skateboard wheels ever. Even before the founding of the Bones Brigade there were already the first Bones Skate wheels: 1977! Since then, a lot has happened. While quality and popularity increased steadily, the range of Bones also became larger. Here you can learn everything about the Bones Wheels, which you can shop online at skatedeluxe - from type or hardness to shapes and our recommendations.
Bones Wheels - large selection, high performance & less flat spots
The range of wheels from Bones is huge, so the choice isn't easy in some cases. On the other hand, you will find the right Bones wheel set for every style, as well as every terrain or area of use with certainty.
Bones wheels are available in different formulas (urethane compounds), which are available in different hardnesses and shapes. To make it easier for you to buy your new Bones Wheels, we have created an overview for you.
STF, SPF or ATF? The Bones Wheels formulas and hardnesses explained
As mentioned, Formula refers to the mixture of the material of the individual Bones wheels. Here there are differences from which the properties of the respective formulas are derived. These include, for example: grip, control and slide properties.
In addition, there is the hardness of the wheels. The degree of hardness (or durometer) is indicated, as with all skate wheels, with the A scale. The higher the A value, the harder. For some wheels, Bones also uses the B scale. This is one more accurate for harder materials and is about 20 points lower than the corresponding A scale value. These wheels are much harder than wheels with A-scale value. Learn more about this at the Wheels in skatedeluxe skate shop.
