The Brixton Union | The Making of Brixton
Founded in 2004 by David Stoddart, Jason Young and Mike Chaplin, the three friends wanted to convey their lifestyle through unique products. Most of their inspiration comes from music, art, surfing, skateboarding and the surrounding culture. So Brixton teamed up with like-minded people and called themselves The Brixton Union. Ambassadors include skate-greats like Brad Cromer, Brian Delatorre, Dolan Stearns, Kenny Anderson, Christian Maalouf and Yaje Popson.
“The Brixton Union” found the perfect partner to collaborate with - that being Independent Trucks. The Brixton & Independent "Friendly Union" draws inspiration from Indy's history in skateboarding. Represented by the Brixton and Independent Trucks team riders Kenny Anderson, Dolan Stearns and Justin Henry, the accompanying video shows the style and skill that connect both brands.
