1. Provider information & Purview

The skatedeluxe bonus program, hereafter simply “Premium Club”, is offered by skatedeluxe OHG, Am Heuberg 25, 37308 Schimberg.
For participation in the Premium Club, the following conditions are exclusively applicable. Any deviant terms of the participant or third parties shall not be recognised, unless we have expressly agreed to their validity.

2. Participation & points balance

Participation in the Premium Club is free of charge. Only private customers with a customer account in our skatedeluxe online shop are eligible to participate. Currently, only customers with a shipping address in a country within the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein can participate.
Business partners, employees and affiliates of skatedeluxe OHG are prohibited from participation.
A separate registration is necessary in order to participate in the Premium Club. After registering with your personal login data you can view the status of your points at anytime.
By participating in the Premium Club you agree to receive information about your points balance and news about the bonus program per email on a regular basis. 


3. Collecting points

Points can be acquired directly upon registering for the Premium Club. Points earned will be credited to your points account. A current overview of how to acquire points can be found here.
Cash payout or the transfer of points to third parties is prohibited. It is not possible to purchase points.

4. Redeeming points

As a participant, you can cash in your points for rewards as soon as your points account has a sufficient balance. Some of the rewards are only available while supplies last. The amount of points required for each reward is shown in the premium shop. It is not possible to trade points for products in the skatedeluxe shop.

5. Expiration of points

Points earned never expire and shall remain in your points account. If you choose to terminate your Premium Club account, your points shall remain valid for a period of 12 months safter the date of termination.

6. Cancellation, Suspension, and Expulsion from the participation in the Premium Club

You can terminate your participation in the Premium Club anytime at any time without prior notice. Your points account is connected to your skatedeluxe customer account. If the skatedeluxe customer account is deactivated, the points account will be terminated automatically as well.
In the case of violation of the present terms and conditions, for example by misuse or material misstatements, we reserve the right - notwithstanding our other rights – to suspend the respective participants from our bonus program and/or to delete their customer accounts immediately. The right to suspension also subsists in respective cases of objective suspicion for the period of time necessary to adequately examine of the facts of the case. Further claims (especially claims for damages) shall remain unaffected.

7. Termination of the Premium Club

skatedeluxe may terminate the Premium Club via written notification per email to the address indicated in the Premium Club with six week’s notice.

8. Modification of the Premium Club or the conditions of participation

skatedeluxe reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Premium Club as needed in the interest of simple and secure processing,  especially to prevent misuse. This includes modifications and additions to the offer of rewards, terms of redeeming points for rewards, as well as the terms of participation.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies under exclusion of the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods), unless mandatory international consumer law dictates otherwise.
