Premium Club FAQ

1. What is the skatedeluxe Premium Club?

The skatedeluxe Premium Club is skatedeluxe’s bonus program where you can collect points through various actions and subsequently exchange these points for rewards. Participation is free for skatedeluxe customers and can be terminated at any time.

2. Who is allowed to participate in the bonus program?

Only private clients with a customer account and a shipping address within the EU, Switzerland or Liechtenstein can participate in the skatedeluxe Premium Club. 

3. How do I participate in the bonus program?

To participate in the skatedeluxe Premium Club, you need a customer account. You can sign up for the skatedeluxe Premium Club when creating your customer account or at a later time. After that, you gain access to the separate skatedeluxe Premium Club area where you can view your current balance of points.

4. How do I get points and when will they be added to my skatedeluxe premium club account?

1. Purchasing at skatedeluxe: For every product you order, you will receive the corresponding number of points as stated on the product details page. The points will be credited to your skatedeluxe Premium Club account 30 days after delivery. You won’t receive points for returned items.

2. Reviewing products: For every approved product review you create, you shall receive 10 points. In order to receive these points, we ask that you write an informative and relevant product review. You can find more information on that in the text field below the product. The points shall be awarded by our team within 3 days.

3. Subscribing to our newsletter: By subscribing to our newsletter, you shall receive 50 points that will be added to your account automatically.

4. Signing up for the skatedeluxe Premium Club: When you sign up for the skatedeluxe Premium Club, we’ll give you 50 points that will be added to your skatedeluxe Premium Club account automatically. 

5. New Customer Recruitment: You will receive 400 points for each friend referred through the Refer a Friend portal. Create a coupon and distribute it among your friends. The points will be credited 30 days after the new customer's first order has been shipped. In order for the bonus points to be credited properly, the voucher provided must be used when the new customer orders for the very first time. The first order may not be a gift certificate.

5. Where can I see how many points I have collected so far?

YYou can view your current points balance in your account details. Please note that all purchases within the last 30 days haven’t yet been applied.  

6. How do I redeem points?

Just browse through our premium catalogue for current rewards. If you have a sufficient amount of points, complete your order and we will send the reward of your choice to you as soon as possible. ATTENTION: It is only possible to send one reward per premium order.

7. Why didn't I receive any points?

The reasons for this may be one of the following: 

1. You have returned one or more items.
2. Your product ratings weren't informative or relevant enough.
3. You have not yet fully completed the subscription to our newsletter or finished signing up for the skatedeluxe Premium Club.
4. 30 days have not yet passed since your last delivery.
