What started as a project for homies has developed into a popular clothing brand in just a few years. Hélas no longer stands for stylish caps with the umbrella logo. The brand of Lucas Puig, Clement Brunel and Stephen Khu designs entire collections: from Hélas tracksuits to sweatshirts and shirts.

From caps with umbrellas to Hélas

You can easily see the influence of Hélas clothing: polo and tennis brands of the 90s, french chic – sporty and classy at the same time. Hélas was founded in 2011 with its name being based on the song "Touch the Horizon" by the French rapper Oxmo Puccino. "Hélas" is an expression of regret and is usually translated as "unfortunately" or "alas". The umbrella as a logo also stands for Stephen Khu's attachment to Great Britain.
