Releases in the skatedeluxe skate shop

Limited skate shoes, sneakers and exclusive editions are becoming increasingly popular. Because of the high demand and often limited quantities, we have different release modes to make each release as fair as possible. For most release modes you need a Premium Club Status.

Premium Club Status Releases

Some items are available exclusively for Premium Club PRO, AM and FLOW members. To check your Premium Club Status, you'll be asked to log in on the product details page. PRO and AM members usually have early access to Premium Club Status Releases. You can find the times of the respective release on the product detail page or here.

One thing to remember for Premium Club Status Releases: one item per person and order. If there's high demand, it's possible that all sizes will be sold out after a short time. If this happens, it will cancel the previously communicated release times for Premium Club AMs and/or FLOWs. Please note that you won't receive Premium Club Points and Status Points on items which are exclusively available via Premium Club Status Releases.

We strongly advise you not to use bots or other tools. If we detect unusual traffic or suspicious activity, you'll most likely be banned from both current and future releases, regardless of your Premium Club Status. Blocks will not be removed. For more information, please see our terms and conditions and the Premium Club terms and conditions. If you play fair and engage in normal shopping behavior, everything should go smoothly.

» How the Premium Club Status works

Premium Club Release Raffles

High-demand and strictly limited products are available at skatedeluxe through Premium Club Release Raffles. During Release Raffles, the chance to buy an item is raffled off. Only Premium Club members with PRO, AM or FLOW Status can participate in the Raffles. You will be asked to log in before participating in the respective Raffle, so we can check your Premium Club Status.

» How the Premium Club Status works

Premium Club PROs and AMs are automatically entered the raffle with several lots. (PRO: 10x | AM: 3x) If you win a Release Raffle, you'll receive an email and can then buy the item in the shop as per usual. You only have a limited amount of time to do this after being notified. If you do not exercise your right to purchase, a new lot will be drawn from the remaining participants. Items not sold after the second draw are subsequently available to Premium Club PROs, AMs & FLOWs as a Premium Club Status Release. This runs on a "First Come First Served" basis and usually begins the following business day after the end of the right to purchase. The release times for each Realese Raffle can be found on the respective Release Raffle page in our shop as soon as the raffle starts. Please note that you won't receive Premium Club Points and Status Points on items which are exclusively available via Premium Club Release Raffles.

Why are there different release modes & why only for Premium Club PROs, AMs and FLOWs?

Models like the Nike SB Dunk have achieved cult status through special colorways and collabs with Staple Designs (Pigeon Dunk), Supreme or Diamond (Tiffany Dunk). These editions often have very limited quantities and are in high demand. Unfortunately, the consequence of this is that exclusive models are resold at very high prices.

With our release modes we're trying to make every release as fair as possible for everyone. Depending on demand and availability, the release modes vary accordingly. Our regular and most loyal customers should of course have an advantage over resellers. Therefore, some releases are bound to the Premium Club Status.

Why Release Raffles?

For fairness and security reasons, we're unable to offer releases of some of the more popular and limited models as Premium Club Status Releases.

The available quantity is so small that the shoes would be sold out within seconds. Thus, the people with the fastest and most stable connection and the fastest clicks would always have an advantage, which does not correspond to our idea of fairness.

P.S.: Rest assured that we're keeping an eye on people with suspicious behavior and accounts that have been identified by our security systems as unusual or fraud prone. Violations of our terms and conditions, the Premium Club terms and conditions and our terms and conditions for sweepstakes will result in exclusion.
