Bought L sized after measuring my elbow and comparing to size chart. It fits snugly, bit tight around bicep. Tested for 4 hours straight in Bowl and on quarterpipe. Shock absorbtion on impact is really good, really worth buying. Before selecting size, measure properly and they will be great.

I got these elbowpads for myself, I've only been skating for about 8 months and I',m 48 years old, so any fall or impact does tend to "hurt a little more" than if had 20 years less, not to mention that the recovery time is also longer! Being said, I was looking for some protection that would be good in quality and resistant for a beginner, and these pads fullfil this entirely. In terms of sizes and following their size chart I would say that probably it is better to move a size up from their recommendation.
