ive been skating these for a few months and i havent had to put any shoe goo on any part of my shoe yet. kickflips and especially heelflips work super well with this shoe and id definitely recommend this shoe to people who are trying to get better at heelflips or if you want an all round good durable shoe. Ive no complaints other than the laces ripping so ill leave it 5 stars
