Great oil for lubrication for mostly all bearings. There are some exceptions like isolated bearings whom are greased in with a far thicker oil to further keep out moist. It is recommended that you grease these bearings with an appropriate oil or grease instead of speed cream but these are exceptions :) Also follow instructions on how many drops to put in your bearings! I know we all tried to put in 3 when the book said 1 or 2 ;) Instead of extra speed you'll get oil leaking out of your bearings when your riding. This will cause dirt to stick to your wheels and bearings making it necessary for you to clean them again. HAVE A GREAT RIDE!

Cleaned my bearings, lubed and feel it as new again. Although one of my bearings wasn't saved on time and its damaged, the other ones are running smoothly and protected with this cream. I can recommend it, well done!

I used this once after cleaning them bearrings. Havent used anything else to compare. So its good. no problems i guess
