Great oil for lubrication for mostly all bearings. There are some exceptions like isolated bearings whom are greased in with a far thicker oil to further keep out moist. It is recommended that you grease these bearings with an appropriate oil or grease instead of speed cream but these are exceptions :) Also follow instructions on how many drops to put in your bearings! I know we all tried to put in 3 when the book said 1 or 2 ;) Instead of extra speed you'll get oil leaking out of your bearings when your riding. This will cause dirt to stick to your wheels and bearings making it necessary for you to clean them again. HAVE A GREAT RIDE!

this is a cream that keep your wheels rolling after you regular maintenance, and it delivers. great package as it goes one drop at a time. bones is a reference and this is very lubrication

If you clean your bearings often as I do, then having this on hand is essential to get them bearings all loopy and buttery fast.
