The Bones xformula 97a's are way better for powerslides and reverts than xformula 95a's, which I also ride a lot. However, the 95a's are noticeably more comfortable for cruising and roll out way longer on asphalt and concrete. I am not sure whether I notice big differences in snappiness, comfort nor slidability between these and harder wheels like 99a's or 100a's. Long story short, if you are considering xformula's it's all a matter of preference; prefer cruising while still being able to ollie easily? go 95a. Want to powerslide and revert? Go 97a.

Ok, very first thing I noticed, they are fast. I don’t skate much rough street spots but these wheels feel great on wood and concrete too. I like that they almost don’t make any sound when riding a bowl. Good grip and are reducing the impact on my knees.
