Ordered a UK 12 and Skatedeluxe sent a UK11/12US It was on the invoice as UK12, I wore them a few times and realized that they were a size too small and they went in the bin. UK and US sizes are not the same and judging by the website you think they are These shoes and the insoles I bought hurt my feet when I wanted the opposite effect
