I bought it because of the design. When I put it on, I was impressed by the holes (as is usual with MOB-Grip, for example) for easy gluing. Now, after riding a few times, I would also say that the grip level is not actually inferior to MOB. I (almost) only ride MOB but now DGK is certainly on my shortlist more often. Especially if they keep coming out with designs like this.
