Heating activates the Gamechangers Elite's proprietary arch technology, which causes the insole to expand and shape to your foot:
1. Trim the toe to fit your shoes. Make sure they slide in easily.
2. Next place in the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. NOT in the microwave.
3. When the arch is totally soft, they are ready. Step on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes.
(While sitting only for higher arch support). Then place in shoes and walk.
4. Do not fold the Gamechangers at 90 degree angles when first out of the oven - it can break the foam.
The typical break-in period for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Please give your feet some time to get used to the arch support.

They do what they are supposed to do, cutting them to size is a bit tricky - don't cut too much or they will quickly slip in the shoe when you move
