That’s my second pair of fp insoles and gotta say that they really helped me out. I can skate longer without fatigue, landings are way less impacting my knees and spine, overall they works. Good product worth a recommendation.
I'm used to the old FP insoles, like the Classic Kingfoam and Classic orthotics (with a flat heel, neon green foam, and ones you can mold using oven heat or a hair dryer). These take some getting used to for me because the heel is higher than the forefoot. That’s why I think they’re better for working out than for skating. Although they’re still a good insole, the intended use could have been better specified. You also have to cut them to size instead of them being a one-size-fits-all design.
