I used third pair of this model shoes. They are "tight" and "stable" shoes. This shoe model consists of upper suede for really best adhesion and abrasion durability. I subjectively recommended this material for upper of shoes. Yes it's true, that triple-stitched and double-layered suede toe cap is durable and protect toe cap from the quickly wear out. Double layered lateral side toe cap of vulcanized outsole with grid pattern for best adhesion to skateboard grip tape. Wide flat laces are durable too and shape of this shoes are designed so as avoid tear laces (increase life time of laces). Insole isn't removable, but it is molded by your foot. I subjectively think that outsole with full coverage S-Trac tread are wore out really quickly and it loses grip (adhesion). When you increase life time and avoid quickly wear out this shoes I recommend used Allstargum glue since the beginning of the use of shoes. I apply this glue to upper (wore out when doing flip tricks) and lateral side of toe cap of this shoes (wore out when doing ollie tricks), and also to outsole of shoes.
