Accordingly, the Independent 149 Stage 11 Standard Truck offers some features that are distinctive of the Stage 11 series: The turning got improved due to the overhauled geometry, the trucks have better overall grind clearance and the Stage 11 series are even longer lasting! Additionaly, this truck ensures less wheelbites which makes them pretty much ideal for every kind of usage.

Answer

Thank you for the question. It depends on whether you like to ride your trucks very loose or not. If you ride with looser trucks or the shape of the wheel is more square than rounded I would suggested risers or maybe a deck with wheel wells. They should work fine with tighter trucks.

They weigh 400 grams which is not the lightest, but they are very robust and perform just great.
