Last Resort AB CM002 Lo Shoes (black black)

Had these shoes for a few weeks (size 42) and skated in them multiple times. I find them comfy and well made, in comparison to the adidas and new balance numerics I’ve had in the past, they seem to be wearing less as well, they are well designed and I really like the look of them too. Also feels good to support a smaller skate brand.

I've been wearing the shoe for almost 2 months now and am extremely satisfied. Very comfortable, fits well, doesn't slip and you can slip them on easily without having to tie the laces every time. The toes have enough room because the shoe is not so pointed at the front. Fits true to size, I'm 31 cm / EU 47 and it fits perfectly. The ankles are a little loose, that's true, but that's the case with almost all skate shoes if you don't wear hi-tops. Hasn't bothered me when skating so far. Also super comfortable in everyday life. Also really good in combination with the Footprint Gamechanger Elites insoles. Also has lace protection for tricks like Casper etc. so that the laces don't come undone after two sessions. Works really well so far. A clear recommendation. At the regular price it's worth it, in the sale anyway!

Too bad, I like the look of the shoe but I sent it back. I had hoped that it would be wider, but unfortunately only the leather part of the shoe is reasonably wide. The cupsole, on the other hand, is too narrow in relation to the upper part of the shoe and, above all, you have the feeling that you are standing completely on the sole and hardly in the sole. As a result, you are only a few centimetres deep in the shoe, your entire ankle is completely unprotected and everything around the ankle is open like a slipper. If you bend your foot slightly outwards, the whole shoe quickly folds over because the sole is far too narrow and because, as described, you are not standing in the sole but completely on top of it. Ligament injuries are inevitable in this shoe. Unfortunately, poorly constructed. Otherwise it makes a good quality impression.
