Due to the soft sole on the inside up to the back, the foot does not have a good stance and bends inwards. The highly praised firmness in the heel area doesn't help at all! The intended foot width also leaves a lot to be desired. In the brown shoe it actually still works, but in the black/olive it pinches a lot and is simply too hard. I think if you wear the shoe longer you'll get feet like Reynolds haha. - Unfortunately, the shoe laces are also far too short to lace them all the way up. - They should have simply fitted the 993 shoe with the sole from the NB 808 and it would have been a TOP shoe. Or they should have fitted the 1010 with a different sole so that the flick would be better. - So I wouldn't recommend the shoe for skating around! NB really has better shoes for skating. I think some people will get along with the shoe, but I think the BOSS hype has a bit of an effect on it

Unfortunately I have to review this model negatively. Narrow and hard shoe that compresses your toes. Also the soles are not very well glued. The shoe is very nice and the quality of the materials are good. I just returned them today.
