Wow, I was really surprised when I saw it in person — there are cutouts in the actual wood right in the center of the board! It’s something completely new. I’m not sure how it’ll affect ride quality or durability during boardslides and lipslides, but it definitely feels like some next step in skateboarding. In the photos when I bought it, I thought it was just graphics — but it’s actual cuts in the wood! Can’t wait to try it out!

The design of the board is really mega! The yellow glows really brightly in the sun and is an absolute eye-catcher. Unfortunately, the color comes off very quickly. The white primer under the yellow doesn't adhere quite so well to the epoxy and flakes off in the exposed areas. On the other hand, I find it good that the blue of the colored wood layer comes out in the worn areas and not a simple wood tone. On the top side there are a few stress cracks in the epoxy after the first use (Clear Griptape) Otherwise the deck rides well. The pop is good and it feels good. The durability remains to be seen.
