That depends on how steep the hill is and more things. We recommend to not go faster than your skills allow you to. It is crucial to be able to footbrake at the highest speed you go at any time and you need to be the most defensive vehicle out there at all times. Wear a helmet as well.

It is possible with the kicks. However, longboards are not directly designed for tricks :)
