S = thigh 30 - 36 cm / shank 23 - 28 cm
M = thigh 38 - 41 cm / shank 28 - 33 cm
L = thigh 46 - 51 cm / shank 36 - 41 cm
XL = thigh 53 - 58 cm / shank 43 - 48 cm

The sizes mark the extent 8 - 10 cm above and below the knees.
