S = thigh 27 - 31 cm / shank 23 - 27 cm
M = thigh 31 - 35 cm / shank 26 - 30 cm

The sizes mark the extent 8 - 10 cm over and under the knees.

size recommendation elbow protector:
S = upper arm 19 - 23 cm / lower arm 17 - 21 cm
M = upper arm 21 - 24 cm / lower arm 19 - 22 cm

The scope of the upper arm is measured 15 cm above the elbow. The scope of the lower arm is measured 10 cm below the elbow.
