This complete skateboard has 'normal' trucks that have a normal weight. There are not hollow or made from lightweight material. If you like a lightweight skateboard I would suggest to create your own complete with using light components.

Hey Tiago, it depends on many factors. For instance, what you want to skate (transition, street or both) In general, we recommend a 8"-8.25" deck size for your dimensions, so our Rose 8" Complete-Board is a great choice!
