S - upper leg amplitude = 35 - 41 cm, lower leg amplitude = 31 - 36 cm, size = 22,5 cm
M - upper leg amplitude = 37 - 43 cm, lower leg amplitude = 33 - 38 cm, size = 23,5 cm
L - upper leg amplitude = 39 - 45 cm, lower leg amplitude = 35 - 40 cm, size = 24,5 cm

I bought the size M ones, and had to return them because they didn't fit (I could barely put them on, they were too tight), even though the indicated thigh/shank size matched my measurements. So I haven't actually used them, but they did seem built with good quality. 4 stars simply because of the mismatched measurement.

Great pads for longskate! Then fit perfectly and don t move while sliding. Very conforta le and durable. I find them particularly advisable for Girls ad They are not too big.
