The 9" deck is very comfortable and has a nice shape. The problem is the weight. you will not be able to pop a trick the way you want it. It is simply too much weight.

Lovely deck! very nice light feel, extremely poppy! Own 8.125 going for 8.25 next. The sizes are measured all correctly very helpful. Nice tail size is what I go for and high concave perfect! Wears like usual deck 10/10
