Releases

Some items are available exclusively for Premium Club PRO, AM and FLOW members. To check your Premium Club Status, you'll be asked to log in on the product details page. PRO and AM members usually have early access to Premium Club Status Releases. You can find the times of the respective release on the product detail page or here.

One thing to remember for Premium Club Status Releases: one item per person and order. If there's high demand, it's possible that all sizes will be sold out after a short time. If this happens, it will cancel the previously communicated release times for Premium Club AMs and/or FLOWs. Please note that you won't receive Premium Club Points and Status Points on items which are exclusively available via Premium Club Status Releases.

We strongly advise you not to use bots or other tools. If we detect unusual traffic or suspicious activity, you'll most likely be banned from both current and future releases, regardless of your Premium Club Status. Blocks will not be removed. High-demand and strictly limited products are available at skatedeluxe through Premium Club Release Raffles. During Release Raffles, the chance to buy an item is raffled off. Only Premium Club members with PRO, AM or FLOW Status can participate in the Raffles. You will be asked to log in before participating in the respective Raffle, so we can check your Premium Club Status.

Premium Club PROs and AMs are automatically entered the raffle with several lots. (PRO: 10x | AM: 3x) If you win a Release Raffle, you'll receive an email and can then buy the item in the shop as per usual. You only have a limited amount of time to do this after being notified. If you do not exercise your right to purchase, a new lot will be drawn from the remaining participants. Items not sold after the second draw are subsequently available to Premium Club PROs, AMs & FLOWs as a Premium Club Status Release. This runs on a "First Come First Served" basis and usually begins the following business day after the end of the right to purchase. The release times for each Realese Raffle can be found on the respective Release Raffle page in our shop as soon as the raffle starts. Please note that you won't receive Premium Club Points and Status Points on items which are exclusively available via Premium Club Release Raffles.
