100 return policy

You have the right to return any product purchased at our shop within 100 days after you received the delivery and we will refund your money. If you’d prefer, we can clear your credit with a new order - e.g. exchange it for a different size product. See our terms and conditions for more details: instructions on returns.

Is the return free?

Within Austria and Germany as well as the entire European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, returns are free. You will find a prepaid postage\ return label for a free return in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you didn't get one, you can print a new one in "My Account - orders" or we will reimburse the costs of shipping if you send us the receipt per e-mail.
We cannot provide a free return for deliveries outside of the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

How do I send something back?

Please fill out the return form and put it into the parcel. The returned items should be new and boxed as new. Please do not remove the labels and preferably use the packaging box in which the order was sent in order to prevent damage to the product packaging. Cut out the return label and attach it to the parcel with adhesive tape or glue. Please remove old labels and bar codes so that the parcel can be addressed correctly. Bring the parcel to your nearest post office or give it to a postman. Please keep the receipt until we confirm by e-mail that we’ve received your return. You can track the status of your parcel online with the help of the tracking number.

Please download and print the return documents under "My Account - orders". If you like, we can send you an e-mail with a pdf-file and we can also send you a letter if you don't have access to a printer.

What will happen with my credit?

After receiving and processing your return, we will fulfil your wish as stated on the return form. You can state if you’d like to receive a refund or if we shall clear your credit with a new order. You can also tell us about your wishes by calling us or writing us an e-mail.

How long will the refund take?

For credit from payments made in advance, cash on delivery or SOFORT banking, we guarantee the refund of paid sums within 10 days provided we have your bank data.
Credit from payments via PayPal or credit card will be refunded to your PayPal or credit card account. If your return reaches us after more than 60 days (PayPal) or after more than 6 weeks (credit card), we will need your bank data due to technical limits.

Will my discount coupon become void after my return?

Yes and no. If the total purchase value of the items you keep falls below the minimum value required for the coupon, the discount will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. However, if you want to make an exchange for another item of the same product type (shoes -> shoes or pants -> pants) and the minimum merchandise value is still reached, we will be happy to grant the discount again. How does that work? Just add a comment when selecting your payment method, e.g. "Exchange- please grant the discount again."

What is the current status of my return?

If we already received your return according to the tracking link we will usually process it within 2-3 working days. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed.

How can I make a complaint about purchased product?

If you want to complain about an item due to a defect or similar issue, please call us or write us an e-mail. You can also just return the item. Please note on the return form or on a piece of paper, where and how the item is damaged so that we can process your complaint as fast as possible. Please also tell us if you want to have a replacement item (if available), reimbursement or a voucher.
