Grey skies, good vibes – the skatedeluxe team on a summer tour in Vienna

The sky was grey, the streets were wet but that didn’t stop anyone. Armed with skateboards, coffee, and good vibes, the skatedeluxe crew hit the road to Vienna.

Between raw concrete, the Danube Canal, tunnels, and covered spots, they pushed through the rain, gave familiar corners a fresh twist, and turned every chance into a session.

A trip that shows: when the weather’s not on your side, it’s all about the vibe. Even when it rains for days, the mood can still stay high because somehow, the sun always finds its way back.

When the mindset and crew vibe are right, the sun will eventually follow

Parking garages, DIY spots, abandoned halls – Vienna’s got way more to offer skaters in bad weather than you’d think.
Ike, Andrew, Tim, Sascha, Lea, and Melika made the most of it: improvised lines, spontaneous sessions, and plenty of laughs. After days of drizzle, they finally got their reward – sunshine.

The last two days wrapped up the skatedeluxe summer tour perfectly: street missions under blue skies, dry spots at last, and a bunch of solid clips to take home.
