How do I get stickers and free stuff?

How do I purchase / place an order?

  1. Choose an item

    Select the item(s) and the size that you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button. As soon as you have made your selection, click on "Shopping Cart" and then "Checkout". We offer a variety of filters (size, colour, material etc.) to facilitate your quest for the right products.

  2. Sign up

    To complete your order, you’ll have to sign up. If you've already signed up, you can log in with your e-mail address and your password and have a look at your free customer account and your orders.

  3. Enter address

    On the next page, you’ll be prompted to enter your address. Please make sure that the name you provide matches the one on your doorbell and letterbox. If you give us your phone number, we can call you if there are any problems, which helps speed up the process. After that, click on "Continue" and choose your delivery method.

  4. Payment

    This page displays your payment options. Please choose your desired method of payment. If desired, you can enter a different billing address.

  5. Confirmation

    Click on "Continue" once more, and you will see your order summary. If everything is correct, click on "Purchase" and your order will be sent to us automatically. Depending on the payment method, further steps are will be necessary to finish the order completely. You will immediately receive an order confirmation per e-mail when we receive your order. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail as well.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

You can change your order by phone or e-mail until we’ve begun packing it. Please be aware, though, that we try to pack your order as fast as possible. The sooner you let us know, the better! You can also place a new order and tell us what you want to change in the comment field when choosing your payment method. If it’s possible, consider it done. Please note that the product will no longer be available online if the last entity is already reserved in your order.

Can I also order by phone?

We gladly accept orders over the phone.

How can I inform you about special wishes concerning my purchase?

In the order process, you’ll find a personal comment field that you can use to tell us about your questions and wishes when choosing your payment method.

Some examples:
  • More stickers: If you would like to get more stickers than the ones offered in the shopping cart, please add your request for more stickers in the comment field. If available, we will happily add more stickers to your order.
  • If you don't want your parcel being delivered to your neighbour if you are not at home, please write: Don't deliver it to the neighbour
  • If you want to have your parcel delivered on a certain day, write it down in the field for notes. If possible we will send your parcel exactly so that it will arrive on the day you desire.
  • If the purchase is supposed to be a gift without an invoice, inform us and we won't put an invoice inside the parcel unless transport requires it.

Can I make a reservation for an item?

Yes, by placing an order. All ordered items are reserved for you as soon as we receive your order. If you need longer than 7 days to make the payment, please tell us via phone call or e-mail.

Are the products really as pictured?

We present every product as true to the original as possible. However, there may still be variations depending on the monitor or lighting. If an article does not fully meet your expectations, you can send it back to us and either exchange it or get your money back.

How do I find the right size?

Our size conversion charts can help you find the right size. If you are still unsure, please write us an e-mail or call us. We will advise you to the best of our abilities and we’d also be happy to take the exact measurements of the desired item for you.

Why is my size not being displayed?

All the products you can see in our online shop are in stock. Any sizes that are not displayed are sold out. If you want to know whether we will get a particular product or a size back in stock, please write us an e-mail or call us.

Which types of vouchers exist?

There are two different types of vouchers: gift cards and discount vouchers. Both types of vouchers can be redeemed in your shopping cart before checkout.

1.) Gift cards

You can buy a gift card or receive one if you’ve returned your purchase and indicated on the return form that you would like to receive a voucher in the amount of your credit.

  • You can use a gift card just like real money to pay your order. You can also redeem it together with a discount voucher
  • If the amount of your gift card is insufficient to complete an order, please select a payment method for the remaining amount
  • Any remaining credit will stay in your shopping cart and will automatically be used for your next order
  • If you no longer need a gift card, please inform us by phone or e-mail and tell us your bank details for reimbursement
  • Gift cards are valid for three years after the end of the calendar year in which the voucher has been issued. When you purchase a gift card, the end date of its validity will be indicated on it
2.) Discount vouchers
  • Only one discount voucher can be redeemed per order
  • A discount voucher is only valid if a certain minimum merchandise value has been reached. This value is displayed together with the expiration date after you’ve redeemed the discount code in your shopping cart and will also be written on the invoice that you will receive with your delivery
  • Discount vouchers can become void in the case of returns or cancellations, e.g. if the merchandise value falls below the required minimum for the voucher. The discount will be granted again for an exchange order if the new purchase exceeds the minimum merchandise value
  • If you have trouble redeeming your discount voucher or you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Where can I redeem my voucher?

You can redeem gift cards & discount codes in your shopping cart before checking out. After you've successfully redeemed your discount code, a confirmation message with details about the voucher will be displayed. Please mind the minimum merchandise value of the discount voucher.

Why has my voucher not been redeemed?

Discount vouchers will only be saved while your session lasts (as long as you are logged in). If you log out and log in again, you’ll have to re-enter your discount code. Vouchers will automatically be saved in your customer account. You can check in My vouchers and credit to see which vouchers you can still redeem and what your current credit balance is. If you can't see your credit, please contact our customer service.

What is your privacy policy?

We are very careful with your personal data. Here's all the information about our data privacy.

How can I delete my customer account?

You can deactivate your customer account in "My account". If you haven’t placed any orders, we will delete your customer account. As far as storage periods due to trade and taxlaws are concerned, the length of storage can take up to 10 years.

Do you have a print catalogue?

No, we don't have a print catalogue. Our range of products grows every day and print media is simply not fast enough for constant changes.

Why is my country not being displayed?

My package was returned to you - what now?

There are several possible reasons why a package might be returned to us:

  • Incorrect address
  • Package not picked up within the holding period
  • Name not on the doorbell/mailbox
  • Mistake by responsible logistics partner

We'd be glad to ship your package again. Just let us know by ​contacting us. We'll also inform you when the package has arrived back at our warehouse.
