No bullshit just good bolts. The bolts come with the tool so you don't need to search for one. Also love the tiny sticker!!!

I don't think there are big differences between hardware brands, but the advantage of independent hardware is definitely the two colored bolts to indicate the nose and the tail; this is very helpful if you ride standard black grip tape without any indicator of the nose and tail.
