I started again after 24 years ... I used to ride street for 11 years, now I really wanted to skate again .... and thought to myself, if it doesn't work anymore ... a hunny is okay ... and bearable. When I skated on it for the first hour, I knew straight away that the rubber was really not good. The ride was very wobbly ...and I thought I'd become really stiff ...so I went to the skate store ...and saw that Shortys Green is no longer available ... Now I have Independent (96a) on the bottom and Doh Dohs (88a) on the top ...and lo and behold, it works ....hurra ... I'm not an old stiff bastard after all ...the ride feels exactly as it should ... and the first ollies were no problem ... not the highest, but okay ... for a few hours ... Conclusion ...board okay, wheels okay ...(but 'a bit hard) axles okay....Rubbers ....really bad. If you really want to ride it and weigh more than 20kg, you should invest in rubbers ... then it's great as a beginner board ... I deliberately got it this way ... because I knew that when it fits again and the first grinds come ... I'll shred the trucks anyway and then I'll put others on it anyway ...
