Yes, these insoles are 3mm from the toe to 5mm from the heel.

Skating gap is not a problem anymore thanks to these insoles, I used to suffer from severe pain in my heel, I used this sole from 5 months now and I can guarantee this saved my foot.

I’ve tried several Footprint insoles and they’re great overall. These flat ones work very well for everyday shoes. For skating, I personally prefer their thicker models with extra heel support. Cant walk without Footprint <3
Sure they work better than the most expensive models, at least in my experience. They helped me a little, wish they were 7mm instead of 5mm
