You should order size medium.
M: US 5 - 10,5 = EU 37,5 - 44,5
The insoles are trim to fit so you have to trim it a little bit.

i love footprint insoles products, i've been using them for almost two years, and i've always been happy with it, but this time i'm a little unsatisfied..the insoles are nice, but for me, weighting 85kg the 3mm thickness is not enough, i had the 5mm ones and they're way better. i will still use them to walk, but i'll never skate in them, they feel like they absorb less than a normal nike sb insole. my advice is to go with the 5mm at least

The difference between these and other insoles is very noticeable. I am very satisfied as they protect my feet fully
the insoles are really good , me personally i find that they could have made them a bit thicker but thats in my opinion.
