Yes, these insoles are 3mm from the toe to 5mm from the heel.

Skating gap is not a problem anymore thanks to these insoles, I used to suffer from severe pain in my heel, I used this sole from 5 months now and I can guarantee this saved my foot.

Sure they work better than the most expensive models, at least in my experience. They helped me a little, wish they were 7mm instead of 5mm
Best Insole for the small buck. Cant go wrong with FPInsoles. If you ever got tired legs from walking or work, these 'll get rid of them.
