I needed some extra cushioning for my heels and bought these. Really easy to cut to size, first of all. Easy installation. My knees, heels and hips don't feel sore from hard impacts at all anymore. Highly recommended!

Footprint insoles has really helped me recover from a bad heel bruise injury. Fp has a really good way of absorbing the impact.

Nothign to go crazy about, they didn't do much for me. Sent them back, got kingfoams that are 1/3 of the price and those worked better for me
