I got them at a very good discount price. For now I'm just using them as everyday sneakers, but I could feel right away they'll be great for skateboarding. The heel supported by some nice spongy material, so it'll definitely help with reducing the shocks when landing. But the toes feel really well and in contact with the ground/deck, so I guess this can only help with dexterity when flipping/popping.
