Powell-Peralta Dragons Nano Rat AA2 Wide Ride 56mm 97A feel like a cheat code if you skate a mix of rough street and park. The softer 97A durometer takes the edge off cracks and rough concrete but still feels fast and responsive, not like a sluggish cruiser wheel. The wide, asymmetrical shape gives a really planted feeling on ledges and coping, and the Nano formula grips when you need it yet still lets you slide tricks without that grabby, chalky sensation some softer wheels have. In my experience they’re great for longer sessions because your feet and knees don’t get beat up as quickly, and they hold up well over time without chunking or weird flat spots. If you want something that can handle rough ground but still feels like a proper street/park wheel, these are a solid pick.
