You can feel the difference to a non hollow truck in terms of weight. I wouldn't recommend doing a lot of grinds on very rough surfaces, since you might grind through them :D Overall still pretty good but its always about personal preference.

I got these because I like riding wheels that are on the bigger side (54mm) and my previous trucks where too low. Using these along with a small riser pad has eliminated wheelbite when landing tricks. However, the best part is the bushings. Even though it's not in the description, after searching the internet, people say the purple bushings that came with this truck are 98A hardness, which is perfect for me who is on the heavy side and like to ride tight trucks. And they needed no break-in at all! The bonus is that they're also very light.

Very light hollow trucks! I love light trucks. The wheelbase on these (axle to axle) is about 4mm farther apart compared to Independent hollows. My only complaint with these is that my skate tool won't fit perfectly around the kingpin, a little annoying but shouldn't prevent you from buying these! Bones bushings also fit perfectly on the kingpin.
