Ordered these this week. Tried installing them today. Found out that the diameter of the screw is too large for the rail. Meaning that you cannot get the screw all the way in and therefore you cannot get the rails properly screwed on. Please check this first before installing. Otherwise, like me, you end up with a bunch of tiny holes in your possibly brand new deck and in the end you still have no rails...
