Shipping costs and delivery times

  • We strive to ship your order on the same day if you place it before 6:00 pm (Mon - Fri). This does not apply to the payment method "pay in advance" (bank transfer) since a bank transfer does not arrive instantly. More information about payment methods....
  • To calculate the delivery time, add any product to your shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart, select your country and your desired shipping method. The estimated delivery date will then be displayed.

Which shipping methods can I choose from?

Your parcel is covered by insurance (to all countries) and shipped environmentally-friendly with DHL GoGreen (Germany only). We want to make a sustainable contribution to the environment and help to reduce the climate impact by shipping your parcel carbon dioxide (CO2) neutral. All transport-related emissions of carbon dioxide are offset by external climate protection projects.

DHL Standard shipping

We provide immediate shipping from Monday to Friday if your order reaches us before 6:00 p.m. This does not apply if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, because a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 bank business day to be processed, a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 bank business days.

DHL Express

Choose DHL Express, and your order placed from Monday to Friday by 8:00 pm will be delivered:
- in Germany on the next business day (Monday - Saturday) between 07:00 am and noon, except to islands and remote areas.
- in Austria on the next business day (Monday - Friday), except in remote areas.

DHL Packstation or Postfiliale Direkt (only within Germany)

To receive a delivery at a DHL Packstation or a post office, just click on the respective logo when you choose your delivery address. Please note that skateboards, longboards and rails will not fit into a DHL Packstation.

Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation yet?

The shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will usually be sent between 6 and 8 pm. If you pay in advance by making a money transfer, please note, that a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 bank business day to be processed, a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 bank business days.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation please check your spam folder, ensure thee-mail address you provided is correct or if your e-mail post-box is full and you were not able to receive e-mails due to that.

You can find the tracking link for your order under "My Account" as soon as your order has been shipped.

What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?

Please check the tracking link you received via e-mail after the shipping for detailed information about your delivery. You can also find it when logging in into "My Account".

Delivery within Germany

Delivery takes places from Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home, the postman will either try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour or your parcel will be stored at the closest post office/ Packstation for up to 7 business days. In either case, you should receive a delivery notice with further information about your parcel in your post-box.

Delivery to Austria

Delivery takes places from Monday to Friday. If you are not home, you will receive a delivery notice with further information about your parcel. The parcel will be delivered to the post office indicated on the card. It will be stored until the third Monday after the day of delivery.

What can I do if I didn't receive a delivery notice?

Please check the tracking link of your parcel which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking link in "My Account" when looking at your order. If your parcel is waiting to be picked up at the post office, you can pick it up upon presentation of your ID or with written authorization from the receiver.

How can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order has not been submitted, you can change your delivery address easily while ordering or before your order in your address book.

If you’ve already completed your order, please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as we can and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address for your order.
