Shipping costs and delivery times

Place and pay for your order from Monday to Friday before 6 p.m. (CET), and we will ship it on the same day. This does not apply to bank transfers via pay in advance.

To calculate the delivery time, add any product to your shopping cart. Then select your country and your desired shipping method. The estimated delivery time will then be displayed. All articles are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

*Special conditions for deliveries to NON-EU countries:
- Shipping costs include customs clearance. The respective VAT and possible toll fees imposed by your country will be charged when you receive the delivery.
- We have no influence on express delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities or remote areas.

Which shipping methods can I choose from?

We currently offer two shipping methods. In both cases, your parcel is covered by insurance.

Standard shipping

We strive to provide immediate shipping from Monday to Friday if your order reaches us before 6:00pm CET. This does not apply if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, because a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 business day to be processed, and a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 business days.

Normally DHL delivers all parcels. However, in some countries, delivery may be made through a logistics partner of DHL.

Express shipping

Choose DHL Express, and your order placed from Monday to Friday until 6:00pm CET will be delivered extremely quickly (1 business day for the main part of Europe, excluding islands and remote areas).

Why haven't I received shipping confirmation yet?

The shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will usually be sent between 6:00pm and 8:00pm CET. If you chose to pay in advance by making a bank transfer, please note, that a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 business day to be processed, and a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 business days.

If you haven't received shipping confirmation, please check if the e-mail address you provided is correct or if your e-mail postbox is full and you were not able to receive e-mails because of it.

You can view the tracking link for your order under "My Account" as soon as your order has been shipped.

What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?

Please check the tracking link you received via e-mail for detailed information about your delivery. You can also find it when logging in into "My account" and "My orders": Click!

The delivery takes place with DHL or a logistics partner. If you are not at home, you will be notified by the postman. In order to contact you, a phone number will be very helpful.

What can I do if I didn't receive a delivery notice?

Please check the tracking link of your parcel, which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking link under "My Account" when looking at your order. If your parcel is waiting for collection at the post office, you can pick it upon presentation of your ID or with written authorization from the recipient.

How can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order hasn't been forwarded to us, you can change your delivery address easily while ordering or before the order in your address book.

If you've already completed your order, please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as possible, and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address for your order.
