Shipping costs and delivery times to the United Kingdom

Place your order from Monday to Friday before 5 p.m. (UTC +0:00), and we will ship it on the same day from our warehouse in Germany.
To see the estimated delivery date, please add any product to your shopping cart and then select your desired shipping method. The system will then display the calculated delivery date.

We currently offer:
- Standard shipping: 5.95 GBP (delivery takes 2-3 business days, you'll get free shipping on orders over 80 GBP)
- Express shipping: 12.95 GBP (delivery usually on the next business day, except in remote areas and to remote islands)

Which shipping methods can I choose?

We currently offer two shipping methods. In both cases, your package is covered by insurance and will be handled carefully.

Standard delivery

Delivery via UK Mail will take place within 3 business days. We provide immediate shipping from Monday through Friday if your order reaches us before 5:00 p.m.

Express delivery

Next-day delivery with DHL Express. Choose Express, and your order placed from Monday to Friday until 5:00 p.m. will be delivered within one business day. Attention: Remote areas sometimes cannot be reached within one business day, and holidays may delay delivery as well. Express delivery is available from Monday to Friday.

Why haven't I received shipping confirmation yet?

The shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will usually be sent between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you haven't received shipping confirmation, please check if the e-mail address you provided is correct or if your e-mail inbox is full and e-mails were not received because of it.
To track your parcel, please check your order under "My Account".

What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?

Please check the tracking link for detailed information about your delivery. You can also find it when logging in into "My account", under "My orders".
If you are not at home, you will be notified by the postman. In order to contact you, a phone number can be very helpful :)

What can I do if I didn't receive a delivery notice?

Please check the tracking link for your package, which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking link under "My Account" when reviewing your order. If your parcel is waiting for collection at the post office, you can pick it up upon presentation of your ID or with written authorization from the recipient.

How can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order has not yet been forwarded to us, you can change your delivery address easily while you're placing your order or beforehand in your address book.

If you've already completed your order, please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as possible and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address in your order.
