Shipping info and delivery times to the United Kingdom

Place your order any time you like. From Monday to Friday, we strive to ship all orders that reach us before 5 p.m. (UTC +0:00) on the same day from our warehouse in Germany.
To get an estimate on the delivery date, please add any product to your shopping cart and view the information in the shopping cart.

Shipping options and costs

We currently offer two shipping methods. In both cases, your package is covered by insurance and will be handled carefully.

*Add 1-2 days in remote areas and to remote islands within the UK, e.g. the Channel islands. Holidays in the delivery area may delay delivery as well as unforeseen circumstances.

Why haven't I received shipping confirmation yet?

The shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will usually be sent between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you haven't received shipping confirmation, please check if the e-mail address you provided is correct or if your e-mail inbox is full and e-mails were not received because of it.
To track your parcel, please check your order under "My Account".

What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?

Please check the tracking link for detailed information about your delivery. You can also find it when logging in into "My account", under "My orders".
If you are not at home, you should be notified by the postman, but this may fail.

What can I do if I didn't receive a delivery notice?

Please check the tracking link for your package, which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking link in your account - order history. If your parcel is waiting for collection, you can pick it up upon presentation of your ID or with written authorization from the recipient.

Help with UK Mail tracking

To track your parcel on the UK Mail website, please note that it's currently not always possible to track your parcel with the CA...DE number. Please use the international parcel number (500..) that should be displayed in the DHL tracking. If it does not show the number yet, please wait a bit. When your parcel is scanned by UK Mail, the international parcel number will show.

How can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order has not yet been forwarded to us, you can change your delivery address easily while you're placing your order or beforehand in your address book.

If you've already completed your order, please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as possible and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address in your order.
